The procedure involves proper implementation and comprehensive documentation. In addition, based on customer request, PolyAnalytik can issue Method Certification by investigating the current method and implementing necessary adjustments to system configuration and operating parameters. Such a process typically involves investigation of the correct choice of mobile phase, appropriate column set, sample adsorption and recovery, data output and reporting.
